Renting apartment

Hello everyone!
I have a question about renting an apartment in La Manga del Mar Menor. Until the appearance of COVID 19, the full season was from May to the end of September, as it will be this summer, no one knows yet, but we hope that everything will recover and be the same. The question for renting an apartment is whether there has been a drop in rents in the last two years or there is a rhythm that is not declining. Please for honest answers.
