Hi the image is a property for sale with paco house just outside La Parroquia it is very good value no electric or water. I have a holiday home in La Parroquia and keep an eye on any property coming on the market that land was under offer for 160.000 but must of follen through hope that helps.

Many thanks for your reply Alan I have seen this property for sale that is why I am enquiring about it do you know what it was used for as it looks almost commercial but has no licenses in place only registered as residential many thanks David 

Hi David i had the same thought myself i was a chef for 25 years definitely used for catering for large numbers of people looks like a big outside barbecue the Spanish do. I have spoken to Paco from paco house when looking for a local builder he is very helpful and would probably have some knowledge of the history of that property. I thout would make a good camping with restaurant any help i can give with my catering Knowledge happy to help thanks Alan.
