Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with the following question please?

Myself, my husband and our son are all British.  Myself and my husband have had all the vaccinations including the booster shot.   However our son who is 15 yrs has so far only had one shot of a two shot vaccine.  He was due to get his 2nd shot mid January 2022 but as he caught covid in November 2021 and now again last week, we have to wait another 12 weeks before he can have the final shot.   This means he cannot have his final shot until April/May time.  (assuming he does not catch it again in the meantime).   We have flights booked to Alicante see our parents in July 2022.  My son will actually turn 16 a few days before we fly out.    Can my son still travel if he takes the PCR test?    We also have a property in spain but we are classed as non residents.

TIA   Tracey
