I have paid this bill by direct debit from my bank account. But have not received a bill or receipt for a few years.I now need this to pay my non resident tax.

Regards Gary

I am assuming this is your property tax to Agencia Tributeria. It seems to be known by different names in different areas! This is not unusual. I always pay mine at the local office, and they then send me a copy document. If you go to your local Agencia Tributeria office with identification and property details they will give you a copy. Failing that your town hall (ayunmiento) However the payment will show on your bank statement and your accountant should be able to use that for your taxes. Sue.

Thanks. Sue. As I am not back over to Spain till next year I will just have to go with the estimate I used last year. I have asked my bank for a copy of the bill that I paid but the can't give it. I will go to La Tercia town hall I think it's open Tuesday or Thursday when I go back over.

Thanks Gary

You are welcome, always pleased to help.

As your non residence tax you you need this information for would be for 2015, your bank statement/ book should tell you how much you paid? providing of course they give you statements!

My property tax paid is the same this year as last, not that that is necessarily relevant, but might be!

Best of luck

Sue.
