Hi all
I am having a problem logging into Caixa bank online with the new security feature which says you have to verify with caixasign. Its keeps timing out or doesnt accept my numbers any ideas on how to get into my account.

Do you have the caixa sign app? There are 2 different apps. If you're using the app then you have to verify yourself by opening the caixa sign app. Then you can get into your account online.
Also the app can be temperamental sometimes and just shuts itself down!.

You will have two passwords, one for what you normally use to oh in and a security password.
If you are using your normal everyday password that may be the issue
