Hi

I'm looking at putting a offer in on la terraza torre golf for a 2 bed apartment.

Its on for €51000 and its a Bank repo.

What would you think the lowest they would take or if anyone has brought recently it would be a massive help in guiding me in the right direction.

I've just came back from viewing the apartment as in good condition just needs air con, lights, furniture etc.

Any helps and advise would be great.

Thanks al

It's a good price but try €48,000.  Good luck.

I heard a rumour somewhere that banks will not take an offer on a repo.

That's the price take it or leave it.

I don't know how true it is though.

Certainly no harm in trying.

The last property I bought was on the market at 63,000, I offered 48,000 and they accepted straight away I wish I started at 40.000 remember you can always go up but not down.

And as far as I am aware Banks will always accept a reasonable offer and have always negotiated with my purchases.

One thing I forgot to say is if you are dealing with an agent not directly with the bank, do not accept if they say sorry the bank will not accept this, insists that they put and you see them put the offer to the bank, remember the agent is on a commission, ( I have been an agent also still own an SL property company although not trading at the moment)

the best of luck with your apartment, i hope you get it at a very good price. i am considering buying an apartment next year, would you mind telling me where these repossessed apartments are advertised, they seem to be very good value
