Hi

just recently bought just remember the time you add on the tax, lawyer fees gas and electric water connections and other costs you will be around 65k

Is that 15k on top of the purchase price of 50k?

10% on top of your costs is the normal to add on.

I was looking to buy a golf repo apartment but what put me off was the service charges per month. At least €100-150

This Is a charge you will get on most golf complexes as there are many facilities to pay for

Think carefully places like terraces are cheap for a reason you are unlikely to be able to sell it in the foreseeable future and the service charge is a put off for most buyers if you buy a property then there are normal charges but a monthly charge can be an expensive cost after buying a place there are plenty of places for sale not on a complex no charges and try an advert private buyer wants 2 bed appt and the area can save you 1,000s in agents fees
