Hi we are interested in purchasing a two bed holiday apartment in Las Terrazas de la Torre ,can anyone please advise of all costs of running this sort of apartment ,I realise that some of the amounts will be approximate depending on usage ,any help will be useful .thanks Roy

I believe the Community Charge is around 339 euros a quarter and the Annual IBI is 251 euros. The electricity and water shouldn't cost you more than 120 euros a month.
