Laboratorio Munuera in San Pedro del Pinatar, next to Buitrera Farmacia. A few steps from La Plaza.
It's where I did mine for travel. They are very fast. They do email results to you. Closed today. Google their Ph number if needed.

Virgin de la Caridad in San Javier does the antigen rapid test 39e, but my hubby had to go to Cartagena for a PCR test with same day results and fit to fly certificate.
