UNEXPLAINED PAYMENT

a payment was taken from my bank this week by a D. PINAR 1C 10 , It showed it was for the apartment, but i cannot see what it is related to?? can anyone explain, it was for 70+ euros

That looks like an address? Could it be a community fee?
Go and ask your bank if you didn't authorise it, they should be able to tell you who requested it.

Contact your Bank, maybe it is a Direct Debit you have authorized but with a slightly different name. If not, it needs investigating, so definitely, Bank first! Good luck!
