I started a reply and lost it so I'll try again!

Thanks for contacting me here. I had no luck finding your email or phone #. 

The speed needs increasing to at least 25 at my apartment in LA. Lee Rumble recommended I contact you as you deal with Martinez - he recommended them too. Are you able to quote me on this, please? Depending on the quote, would you be prepared to do the work in March as I have no bookings then? 

I am not in LA until April 14th-May 31st.

Square Media will be moving premises from the Hotel 525 in March to across the 525 Square. From March in the Mercadona Shopping Gallery, replacing the FOWOF computer shop.

Hello Jeff

A few weeks ago I contacted your partner/colleague Geoff re increasing the speed on my wifi. I am with Teleast at present and they quoted 50 euros/month for only 12 and min of 20 or maybe 25 is required - I'll check that again with Lee Rumble, who recommended you. I'm pretty dumb on these things but that sounds hugely expensive in addition to being useless! Are you in the office tomorrow morning?

Can you help me please? I've just received a random invoice for wifi from a company called Avatell but I am with Teleast. It's for the same price i.e. 26 euros/moonth. Have Avatell taken over from Teleast?

Yes, they are now owned by Avatel. So far it has not improved the service!

Thanks for that. It doesn't surprise me. It's very unprofessional not to inform customers of any changes. 

Are you in the office tomorrow?. I have loads of channels on the tv now but they all buffer constantly.
