Can anyone kindly recommend a mobile mechanic. My battery has died on me and I need someone to supply and fit a new one for me. Thank you.

Norauto will come to your house (for a charge obviously) and will supply and fit the battery for you, they also check if your alternator is charging.
My battery died earlier in the year they came out at the time organized with them, very prompt and efficient service.

Your car insurance should Cover Breakdowns - they should send a breakdown truck that will sort you out with a battery if it needs one, or simply get you started so it will charge up.

The breakdown service will come out and offer to sell you a battery which they did for me, however it was over 50 euros more than norauto charged and he had to order it and could not supply till the next day.
