“all the flights”......not necessarily. There are landing fees, baggage handling fees and so on to negotiate and agree. They will get there but do not expect a smooth transition.

last flight into or out of San Javier is 14/1/19 and Corvera opens the next day!
Unfortunately you, "Frequent Flyer", continue to write inaccurate posts on this site. Not all airlines, previously using Murcia San Javier airport, will "automatically change" to the new Region of Murcia International airport from January 15th. Some airlines, such as Ryanair are still negotiating terms and conditions. And British Airways have not made any decision to continue their occasional flights from London Heathrow airport.
Perhaps you should listen and take more notice of your friend, "Tony down the pub" before posting......

Of course all the airlines that use San Javier are going to be invited to use the new Corvera airport ...that is the whole idea of closing San Javier it's up to the individual companies if they want to take the offer up and stay in business ...start reading the Murcia news and you might learn something...the Spanish government are looking at a significant increase in flights into Corvera and are bending over backwards to make this happen ....they have also invited airlines that are at present only flying into Alicante to fly in to Corvera as well...stop Trolling and trying to start trouble.

Perhaps it would have been better for you to have added the details from your follow up post instead of making just a "sweeping statement" in your original post. That way people do not get misinformed.
I notice other posters have questioned your remarks, are they trolling you aswell? Or are your own insecurities revealing themselves.....

Frequent: “stop Trolling and trying to start trouble.”
If you stopped making wild assumptions and posting them as fact you might get less criticism? This was my point when I posted that you should not rely on a smooth transition.

Nothing at all wrong with the statements I made regarding San Javier or Corvera ...I am just having a laugh reading some of the statements being made about smooth transitions and so on ...what does anyone one on this forum including myself ... know about running airlines or airports ...all you know is that the new Corvera airport will be open for business in January 2019... San Javier will not close the same day that Corvera opens ...it will be done over a 2 week period starting from January the first.. so why are people still harping on about not being able to book flights to San Javier...who cares book one to Corvera instead... the Spanish Taxis right outside will be ready a willing to take you to your part of utopia for a price...do don't worry.
