Hi all, after some slow results using a Spanish builder we are in contact with Richard at R1, does anyone know if he’s ok? He has some good feedback but we just want to know that’s all

Yes, he’s great. Richard is the plumber that we used for our repair, and we’ve now asked him to do some more work for us.

Any reputable contractor has an account with suppliers, and probably 30, or 60 day credit. 

Just say "No thank you" and run.
