Property tax and utility charges

Hi here is what i pay for utilities, these are a flat rate without turning on a light or tap so even if im  not using the property this is what i am charged. see pic.

For property tax or council tax as it is calledit depends on the square meters im paying 350€ for a 4 bed house per year with no maintenance. Remember if you buy a apartment or a property with communal pool you will pay a maintenance charge which can be monthly or yearly depending. Remember if you buy a property add on approximately 10 - 13% on top of the final price to allow for various charges which your solicitor will explain to you. Always ask about all of these when viewing. 

I used aurea inmobiliaria agency for buying, they were great, no pressure or stress and a pleasure to deal with, they also speak english. Belen and Sandra. 

For a solicitor /lawyer i used Jesus Gonzalez  of Gonzalez & Chalulet in San Javier. He has perfect english and great to deal with.he hadled everything seamslessly giving great peace of mind. 

I cant stress enough how important  it is to have english speaking  lawers and agencies. My friend didnt and had many headaches and frustrations
