For an 81 year old male needs shower and small kitchen ( only uses microwave) has two carers who look after him and take him out 4 times a week they clean and cook his meals but he is capable of looking after himself and is mobile can Walk locally
His lease has ended after 3 years and the owners want now to use it themselves
His finances are controlled by us and rent and bills are paid regularly on time by bank transfer his lease ends in December but would move earlier if available
