Hi, to introduce myself, my name is Joe and I would like to inform you of the services I can offer you in Costa Calida. I have been PVG checked by Disclosure Scotland and can offer you the comfort that I am of upstanding character, without any criminal convictions.

I hear so often of people that struggle to find someone to look after their pets in the comfort of their own home, as well as, someone to look after the home when they wish to travel overseas.

I am offering the service of myself living in your property and looking after all precious pets whilst you are away, giving you peace of mind that your pets are being cared for as if you were at home yourself and having the comfort that your property is occupied and safe.

I can also offer DIY services for the little jobs that you've been meaning to do, but not got round to, whilst you are away. All plants and gardens would be tended to and any other tasks carried out to your requirements.
