Hi, I'm looking for tradesmen, not a company, who can complete a bathroom reformation for me. Tiling, sanitary ware and plumbing. Has anyone got a real first hand recommendation, not just someone you know please. Also do I really need a license from the mayor's office for a like for like replacement?

Job permit required for everything in Spain.
Non structural works needs a obras menor permit providing registered professional builders quotation and paying the fee plus for the permit to put the skip outside. Last job I quoted and applied for the permit we paid around €250 for a €5500 job
