Hi - just bought an apartment in Roda Golf and looking for recommendations for a key holding and cleaning service. Will only be used by family so full property management not required although will need a meet and greet service. Ideally want a service that includes washing and ironing the laundry. Thanks in advance :-)

I already clean one apartment on Roda Golf. Can do meet and greet, laundry service.
Total charge will be €70 including clean and laundry service.
No extras. Will check apartment every month when not in use.

They look after many properties on Roda Golf, live there and area a fully legitimate and registered company - not someone working 'in the black'. We use Paula and have property on roda we can guarantee that she is 100% we have no complaints we did try other companies who have hidden charges and were not worth the money we also have property elsewhere in Los el Alcazares that Paula looks after shame people use these sites to put forward alternatives without using them

Try the others if you wish but when you find like we did charges of 100 € just to clean and collect ??

Maybe the others you talk about are not legally registered and paying tax etc and that's why they can appear to offer less expensive cleaning and laundry. I would always be wary of using someone without knowing which company they work for.

No strangely exactly the opposite I have written with regard to unregistered taxis expressing the dangers of their use but strangely I do not have an invested interest whereas you seem to have I just speak as I find and after being ripped off by companies that add extras we found someone who does the job as they advertised and a very pleasant person who we trust 100% and our friends have found the same,
My wife and I can only say again that do what you like try the others we did then like us we hope you find someone like us that you can trust
Do not listen to people who think they know best or have a vested interest, try them then you will make your own mistakes we are telling people our experience unlike others we have no interest and we are trying to help others

Hi would she clean a house weekly but just for us we bought a property in Los Alcazeres and would like a weekly cleaner for ourselves we not renting it out.
