Can anyone recommend where I can buy some lumber as I want to build a small bar by my pool. I know I can get it from Leroy Merlin, but it’s very expensive and limited. Is there anything like a sawmills that you get in the UK? TIA

No such thing as cheap timber in Spain.
Best to look on secondhand sites Facebook etc
I've checked a few prices between leroy Merlin and Wickes back in the UK, didn't see a great difference in prices for what I'm looking for. Have gone over to brick, tiles and render for my building work, that all seems as cheap as over here.
Wow.timber is like gold out here. you can have any structure pergola car port etc. Custom made from metal at half the price of proper wood equivalent!!
I always say they must have cut all the trees down to build the Spanish Armada.lol
But look around there’s not a lot of trees if any in the region.
