Hi/hola,
Does anybody know how to calculate and pay the non resident tax? Our accountant has just emailed me saying they have calculated the tax as €135 but want €235 by bank transfer as they charge €100 for the calculation and payment. This seems extortion to me. Can anyone provide the calculation method and payment method?
Any help much appreciated.

After seeing recommendations on this forum, I used Spanish Tax Forms (link below). They charged £35 per property (i.e. not per person) and then a further £12 per person if you want them to make the actual payment - so if there are two of you, and you want them to make the payment, then that would be £59 -v- the €100 you are being quoted.
You need your NIE number and the cadsatral value of your property (as shown on your IBI) and I believe it is tax form 210.

Hi Ian, I have used Angar Taxation Services for 5yrs +, based in Torrevieja, all done by email and you only need your IBI invoice and you transfer them the money and they pay it. A lot cheaper than RichT, s suggestion, only 20€ per owner to calculate and including their paying it for you and returning your receipt as proof. That's 40€ as opposed to almost £60.
