The webpage I have seen for the Olin shop on Gran Via says it is permanently closed. Is this the case?

Hello, I am thinking to buy an apartment in El Palmeral and was wondering if it’s pet friendly? We got a small dog and cat and won’t buy if they can’t come with us on holiday.

Also, is the beach pet friendly? Thanks a lot! 

I will be coming to my rented property in Los Nietos soon and I want to arrange for internet connection, with luck, the day after. I have some experience of Olin, formerly Olivenet, and wonder if anyone has a phone number for them. I believe they have an office on Gran Vía, La Manga. The only phone number I have found is a general one, but it would be helpful to speak to a local agent.

Can anyone please tell me if they have used Perez Legal to obtain a Spanish Visa, and if so, would you recommend their service.  We are about to take THE giant leap, just like most of you probably already have, but I am a bag of nerves, and want to make sure our choice of representation is a good one.  Any reference or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks in advance. Hi everybody in this forum!

Me and my husband have just purchased a property in Los Nietos and want to connect with english/swedish speaking people in the area. We really hate the cold winter in Sweden and our plan is to spend the winter months in Los Nietos from november to februari. We really look forward to get some new friends in Los Nietos and maybee we can get some help with neighbourhood watch against compensation according to agreement.
