EL Palmers in los nietos

What is this area really like is it in an undesirable area,is it near the beach ,and is there a high crime rate ,

We looked at a couple of apartments in the El Palmeral block. It's about 200 metres to the beach, handy for the GP surgery and village centre. Nice place, no high crime in Los Nietos but we thought the El Saladar complex was better and had the sea views my wife was after so bought there instead.
