New hotel in Los Urrutias

I read several months ago about a new hotel being built in Los Urrutias, to be run by a British activity holiday company.
Has anything come of this, or is it likely to?

Its currently under construction at the far end of Los Urratius near the beach at the end of the promenade, Los Nietos side.
4 huge cranes are in place and they are well out of the ground putting the first floor in place, I had a good walk around the site on Saturday.
I think this will be great for the area making it an All year round resort.
Hotel owners are Neilson, check them out on the internet.

That’s very interesting. I agree it will be great to extend the season.
I wonder when it’s likely to open? I’ve looked on Neilson holidays website and there’s no mention of it yet. Summer 2020?
I will have a wander round myself when I’m next in the area.
