Hi I'm looking to buy in Mosa and are coming over in 4 weeks to view some houses. I love the area, but I'm not sure if there are many resident. Does anyone know what percentage of people actually live here?
Are properties now being sold as there still seems to be quite a lot for sale?
I would love to hear from anyone who lives in Mosa.

Hi Sue,
I live on Mosa for 4 years now and still think its great here.
I would say about 50 houses occupied with residents.
Yes houses sell quite quick on here, there are not many left at this moment, however it depents what you want to buy.
Apartments and Turquesas ( small villas with shared pool) are still available, but villas with private pool only a few.
