Padron

Hi,
Am buying a new car shortly but with Lorca in lockdown cannot get a 'Padron', does anyone know whether I need to obtain one if so how? I live in Puerto Lumbreras.

Do you need a padron? We bought our car last year 6 weeks after moving over (july), didn't register on padron until a couple of weeks later, we just needed our NIE , passport and proof of residency, in our case a copy of our deeds but a tenacy agreement should also do.
Either way the padron relates to the municipality you live in, so if you come under Lorca that would be were you need to go l believe. Also suspect it would require an appointment, since the covid crisis that is certainly true here in Made from.

We got our padron from the automeinto in estacion opposite Spar supermarket.
