Property Rental wanted from July through to end of March 2019

I am moving out to Spain on the 12th July this year, and will be waiting for my new build to be completed end of March next year, I therefore require a 2 to 3 bed flat/apartment/house in or around the San Pedro Pinatar, or near to Alicante Airport, I am on my own, no children, partner or pets, I am looking for something more on the cheap and cheerful side as opposed to too expensive as I need to save for furnishing the new home next year, so not too fussy about condition, location etc, or if anyone can recommend a good estate agent that will be able to assist with my rental property search, would be most appreciated!
