Does anyone know why EasyJet have cancelled all flights from any London airport to Covera (RMU) between 3rd June and 5th July 2021?

Possibly 2 reasons. Not enough passengers or the uncertainly surrounding travel to Spain. Best advice would be to try to contact them.
Sorry cant help on that one...but as previous comment try to vontact them...if it's a y consolation Ryanair dont yet fly into corvera from Stansted (i am working in Uk) so makes my life more difficult to get from Alicante to camposol...can sympathise with you though .

We're flying from Gatwick to Corvera with Easyjet this Saturday, 5th June so some are happening.
