Good luck with job hunting Chris, I was in the same boat 14 years ago I had my HGV class 1 I tried some local companies and even a local agency but to no avail, in the end I had to rely on my first trade as a carpenter, bar work is possible but very seasonal and not well paid, I was told that I might stand a chance of a job with a company going back to UK with fresh produce but I could have ended up anywhere in EU on the way back and no guarantee of when I would be back home in Spain and that was not why I moved to Spain, hope you find something.
