Hi guys I have recently refurbished to a high standard my beautiful flat at La Torre golf resort which i would like to rent out to the golfers in particulerly for a long term. La Torre needs no explantion in singing for its praise. It is the most peacful, restful and extremely secured and glamorised 18 holes golf resort.
My apartment got 2 x beds and 1 x bath on the ground floor on a corner plot with massive covered and uncovered veranads. Flat is beautifully decorated (well I think so) with 55" brand new flat screen and with all all mod con.
I prefer quite couples who love the peace and quite and good life. Thanks
Rent is negotiable because I am new to his game, I wouldn't people to get a heart attack if I price it. I would want the prospective renter to quote a sensible rent to be.
