Hi all

Wondering if anyone has had this issue. My router is an old one that was in the apartment when we bought it. We have a flexa broadband account. I have recently tried to connect some devices e.g. printer and need to activate the WPS function. Like all routers my one has a WPS button but when pressed it does not activate WPS. I contacted Flexa and 'potentially incorrectly' informed them that the router was faulty and needed replacing. They tell me they activate WPS and I need to call them when I need it.

Anyone else come across this?

Best wishes

Gary

We have the holiday home wi fi with Flexa that you can turn on and off. You can either phone them, go into their office or buy the amount of wi fi you need online. In this case Flexa would definitely be the ones to activate it. I’m not sure how it works if you are resident here all the time but would imagine either way if you are with Flexa and your router is faulty they would supply you with a new one.

This is the number we usually use - don’t know if this is any help?
