Best bet is to pop to makiwer and ask José,he will most likely have their contact details as he has the business next door and has been in the village forever. Failing that you could ask in lemons and limes, they may know...Although if you're thinking of opening up competition they may not want to tell you.. Round here its word of mouth, you need to talk to people. 

Just be aware that a few people have enquired about renting it in the past and I believe that she wants an unrealistic price for what it is and the location. I doubt she has lowered her expectations.
