Apparently have been told that someone who lives in the apartments on Calle Ciruelo has converted the top balcony into a fourth bedroom. if you know this person or are this person can you please pm me, as would like to know, steps, price etc to do this.Many Thanks.

You'd be better off posting this on the san cayetano Facebook page. More likely to get a reply there. I know a few people have covered the solarium to use as a laundry room. This costs a few thousand.
