...k to the website it has the different prices for service.Can I just ask when you have used them in past do you just transfer them the funds and they Pay and each year do they just automatically do it.This year I had to contact Tax office with copy of IBI then provide Angar with this would that be the case every year.

They don't do them automatically each year, you have to request when you are ready to pay and I used to give them the cadastral value for each year from latest IBI invoice. I think you have confused me as the €407 now appears to be the total amount for tax plus their fees. I thought your tax payment had gone from €268 to €407. I take it your previous €268 was the tax payment only (without the solicitors fee of €130) so useless to compare 2 different calculations. So in reality the last yrs payment plus the new 5% increase plus their fees and iva at 21% would probably come to the €407 in total. Upto you if you want to stick with Angar as they are not the best priced agent now for that service.
