San Pedro del Pinatar will have a massive COVID vaccination point in the town starting next week, in the auxiliary pavilion of the municipal sports center, where the doses will be administered for the immunization of the population of Pinata, according to the calendar established by the management General of Public Health.

The mayor of the town, Visitación Martínez, explained that since last February the council has worked in coordination with the Regional Administration, offering municipal facilities and means so that, if the vaccination strategy allows it, San Pedro del Pinatar will be incorporated as a vaccination point, thus avoiding travel to the residents of the town.

Until now, the people of Pinatarenses from 50 years of age have been vaccinated in San Javier, at the vaccination point located five kilometers from the town and which was established as a reference in the health area to optimize medical and human resources in the administration of vaccines.
