Although I don't know your area specifically, in most areas you can get your Covid vaccination certificate from your local health centre.

Currently, if travelling back to the UK, you need to take and prove negative on a lateral flow / antigen test within 72 hours before your flight; you also need to pre-book Day 2 and Day 8 tests in the UK; complete a Passenger Locator Form and quarantine for 10 days on arrival. The lateral flow / antigen test should cost around €40 and the Day 2 & 8 about £180.

This is because, even if you'd had both jabs, the UK doesn't currently recognise vaccinations that were not completed by the NHS.

There are lots of companies on the gov.uk website with which you can pre-order the Day 2 and Day 8 tests; but if you're travelling to Scotland, you can only use the company booked via the Scottish government website.

From this and other forums, and also from some friends - test & trace are being far more pro-active now - my friends were phoned every day of the 10 day quarantine period and also received a home visit.
