Hi all, our Community Block is approaching 10 years old, but we have issues regarding deterioration/weathering to some of the external pre-cast stair components.

It's our understanding that the builder/developer is still liable for structural building faults, so, has anyone experience/advice as to how best to proceed at this point? Also seeking recommendations for a Building Surveyor, Structural Engineer or Spanish equivalent experienced in inspections/report writing on structural issues with residential properties.

TiA.

I would speak with the insurance company of the building, you obviously have your own personal house insurance but a comunity must have the building Insured for such problems unless of couse it is fair wear and tear.
