Can anyone tell me how to find out who the community president is in my area? as I need the front of my house painted and was told to ask if its possible, thanks in advance

...e, so must have set up a direct debit or something with your bank, and to do this, would have needed to know who to pay it to. If they are not noticeably present in your community, then I'd just go ahead with your painting, taking into consideration that there may be colour restrictions, as laid out by the community. e.g. if all the other properties are painted white, don't paint yours pink!
