Thank you Martin! Like my sister in law always says " Life is an adventure!" We have adventured through our house hunting experience! It was more exciting than stressful, I must say. The stress came when our banks started blocking us from getting the downpayment $$ from the ATM! After several attempts we were able to contact them. So far the paperwork seems to be going smoothly as we hired a lawyer. We're excited and... all of the above about our decision in buying in Spain. We bought in El Mojón. We're both retirees from the US. We shall see how it all turns out. We're first going to do half and half then maybe move permanenrly! For now, we're enjoying the rest of our vacation days in Cadiz and learning that we would have more QUALITY life here in Spain. That's for sure. Thank you so much for your encouragement.
