How much to charge for long term Winter rentals?

Hi
I have a small (55sq m) 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Santiago with off road parking, solarium but no pool or garden. I don’t rent it out but a friend has asked if her brother can rent it out for a few months over the Winter. I don’t know how much to charge for this. Summer rentals are easier to judge. Does anyone have any advice for me please?
