We use a British couple called Dan & Grace who own a company called Costa Keys for property management including pool cleaning, they do a super job for us and a few others in the locality.

60 euros during Summer months, 30 euros in winter months, so it averages out at 45 euros per month.

Do you know any handyman/woman?by the time I've bought all the tools I need to put up curtains pictures ect I thought it might be worth just getting someone to do that stuff, also a key holder for the odd times we might rent it out?

Talk to Dan at Costa Keys regards property management and other jobs, he maybe able to help at an hourly rate to sort curtains etc, etc.
