Hi, any advice please. I live on 2nd floor ofa multistorey block. I am thinking of buying a treadmill to use on my balcony or in my living room. I would expect to meed some good matting to help with vibrations etc.

Do you think the noise would be a problem for neighbors? Has anyone had experience with neighbors having one or having one themselves? I would be grateful for your opinions/experiences, before deciding to proceed or not.

My advice is don't even think about it! I have a treadmill in my garage in the UK and the noise and vibration is terrible and that's on a solid concrete floor, in a flat it would be a nightmare.

Anyway, why would you want a treadmill in Spain? I do my running and walking outside while in Spain, so much nicer than on a jogger!!
