Administration of this BOARD: Delete old posts & messages ! HOW ?

Will old posts automatic be deleted from the board ?
I certainly hope so or it will soon become a chaos here.
I urge everyone to delete their own posts as they get sorted out !
I managed to delete my own post, but I didn't get my private messages deleted.
Anybody know how to do it?
