A Spanish company (Maximino) has just completed quite a major refurbishment for me. They were absolutely fantastic and did an excellent job at a very competitive price. And punctual. In cases they could not come precisely as agreed, they always called long before.  Maximino perform all kinds of work in the entire region:

- brickwork, tiles & flooring, waterproofing, eletrical, plumbing, plastering, painting, decorating etc

Unfortunately doesn't Maximino speak much English, but I can interpret for you (free - without commission. I'm just so happy to help him because we were so pleased with this company).
The best thing about choosing a Spanish company, is that they know how to find solutions for difficult procedures with authorities etc.
