12 year old boy's

Hi, I have 12 year old twin boy's and that's all they do is sit on their tablets all day long! 🙄 does anyone have any suggestions of skate parks or thing's they can go to please - to make some friends?
We have a holiday home in Santiago & we are here for another 5 weeks.
