Can anyone recommend: Solicitor

Hi There, 

We have been dealing with a guy called Jose from delatorre law based in Albox (I beleive)   Whilst we were in Spain last October we instructed him (after recommendation from the Estate Agent) and paid him a fee to obtain our NEI number and open a bank account - we also gave him power or attorney.

Since that time,  we have not heard from him at all despite countless emails and text messages.

Has anyone else had any experience with this person/company?  Is there anyone I can raise an official complaint with?
