Hi guys,
Besides obviously the rent - what are rough costs if your renting ? presume you don't pay the block fee but maybe you do ?

Most rentals are the rent plus utilities. Your rent goes towards paying the community charge for the owner.
But that would be part of your discussion when viewing to rent, and of course it will be in the rental agreement you sign.

Thank you guys, what is a rough budget for a furnished apartment per month on a min 3 months at a time period, they all look lovely but because we are looking to retire early perhaps the cheaper end of ones.
