How does Tapas Trail work please?

BTW the Tapas Trail involves a number of local bars/cafes offering Tapas and a drink for about 2 euro. THere is a little booklet that I think you can collect from perhaps the town hall of the town involved. In the book are all the cafe/bars taking part and details of their tapas offer.

You try to do as many as you can and you vote for the best one and submit your booklet back to the organisers. The winning cafe must get some sort of recognition for winning I guess, Not sure if you get anything for taking part, apart from really cheap drink and tapas !!!!!

I think that is the idea, it promotes the bars/cafes and gives you something to do when bored.
