Thanks for replies to my original post below but when I contacted the Autopistas administration in the link kindly provided by Jan this is the reply I got so if anyone knows who manages the stretch of the highway between La Zenia and Los Montesinos I’d be very grateful

‘In response to your request, tell you that the section of highway you tell us is not managed by us.

We suggest you check if there is any information on the receipt that will help you contact that dealership and they can carry out the management.’

Had to use the AP7 tolls last Tuesday from Alicante airport to Torre Pacheco exit

Paid tolls by contactless but when I’ve checked my transactions I see the correct charges went through for the date of my journey but were then followed by 2 identical charges for a journey 2 days later which I never made Can anyone offer any advice as to who how or where I can report this as I appreciate it’s not a mountain of money but who knows next time? Thanks in advance for any help

Hi look on this link there is a contact in top right hand corner option.Try and resolve it with the company first keep any record then if no joy contact your bank.Is it showing on your bank Statement x4 payments.As they normally show as pending on your account for couple days then drop on Statement.

I had more or less the same thing went through the toll once.couple of days later the charge appeared again.It got credited back to me about three days later without me doing anything

OMG I had a nightmare fir six months trying to contact the correct dept. Best advice Avoid the tolls from Alicante airport and go via murcia then carry on down towards the mar Menor sign. no longer and motorway the whole way.
