If you are registered with the Spanish health service and cannot manage in Spanish your only real option is to take an interpreter with you. Private health is no doubt more possible, and someone on here will no doubt come up with suggestions?

If you’re on Spanish Health system and registered at Edward Lluch in Torre Pacheco centre the doctor that all English are registered with is Maria Ruiz she speaks good English but is on mat leave at the moment. We get by with my level of Spanish and Google translate.

Does anyone know where the private clinic is in Torre Pacheco? I have heard you can pay a monthly amount and see a doctor/nurse whenever you need to.
